Pokemon Survivor Season 2 will be filmed in Summer 2012 immediately after Pokemon Survivor Season 1 is completed. It will likely air in the spring of 2013. The contestants for this season have not been picked yet, and in fact, it's not even known if there will be 22 like in season 1.
